The problem indicates that you need to clear "cache" from
your hard drive. Cached files are stored whenever you visit a site
with new information. Because we update fairly regularly, your computer
can generate a large amount of stored data when you visit our site.
To clear your cache and change your browser settings, please select
the browser you are using:
Netscape 4.x for Windows
Click Edit --> Preferences --> Advanced. If there is a '+'
sign next to "Advanced," click it so you will see the
"Cache" option. Click "Cache." You will then
see the various options on the right side. Click the "Clear
Disk Cache" button. Click "OK" to confirm. Click
the "Clear Memory Cache" button. Click "OK"
to confirm. Also, please make sure that "Every Time"
is selected under the "Document in cache is compared to document
on network" setting.
Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.x
The latest Microsoft browser's cache controls are also under "TOOLS"
and "INTERNET OPTIONS. " Under the "General"
tab is a section titled "Temporary Internet Files."
Click the tab that reads "Delete Files." You will then
see a pop-up window offering to delete offline content. You do
not want to check this box. (Note: It should be unchecked, but
if it is not, you should uncheck it.) Then click "OK"
Once the temporary files have been cleared, click the "Settings"
button and under "Check for newer versions of stored pages,"
please make sure "Every visit to the page" is selected.
